Sight, Red layer picota high, clean, bright with intense pink color on the edge of the cup.
Nose, Intense flavor, minty, fresh, fruity with notes of black fruits of understory (blackberries and blueberries) are mixed with a balsamic background of 'aftereight' chocolate , cedar and licorice.
Taste, Good mouth, structured and balanced level and acidity, with marked tannins of ripe grapes and fine wood. Aftertaste has the memory of woods, balsamic and liquorice, which in time will lead to a long and elegant bouquet.
