Acustic Celler - Montsant Braó 2012
Diep kersenrood met dikke tranen; wat gestoofde neus, lichtjes zwoel, met veel kruiden, peper, hout, dikke rijpe kersen, bosfruit enz. Wel sappig in de mond en voldoende concentratie, maar wat warm in de mond. Nog niet geheel in balans en (hopelijk) nog te jong. Medium afdronk. Hier moet je zeker wat eten bij geven. Ik ga nog enkele jaartjes wachten voor de volgende. |
