Pazo San Mauro 'Rias Baixas' 2009
Een 100% albarino,
Aroma's van rijp wit fruit ( kruisbes, nectarines, perzik, citrus), buxus, vers gemaaid gras en een snuifje joduim. In de mond, rijp, medium vol van smaak. Geproportioneerd in aciditeit, wel hoog in alcohol (12.5%) en een licht bitterje in de afdronk. Leuk 'klasse-colruyt'-wijntje. Merci schoonpa voor de lunch en de wijntjes |

Dat bittertje lijkt wel typisch voor Albarino. Heb het laatst in mijn 2e flesje La Val Orballo 2011 ook opgemerkt.

Dat bittertje zat ook in de Albarino Val Do Sosego 2010 van Rias Baixas die ik gisteren dronk.

Gisteren de 2014 gedronken van deze albarino. Inderdaad rijp steenfruit, maar ik heb ook een zekere mineraliteit en een "sur lie" neusje, dat ik mooi vind. In de mond mooie spanning tussen de pechekes en de zuurtjes. Goed koel schenken wel, want als dit wat opwarmt verdwijnt die spanning snel. Bloemig ook in de neus. Lekker!
