Bodegas Licinia makes just this one wine from certified organic Tempranillo grown at 650 meters altitude in the Vinos de Madrid D.O. It is dense, spicy, and positively luscious, with fresh purple plum, marzipan, chocolate, and spicy cinnamon on the nose; explosive yet elegant flavors of smashed black berries (with seeds), rich cassis, black cherry, and blueberry fruit with crunchy black peppercorns, velvety tannins, piquant chili pepper, and a sprinkle of earthy cocoa on the end. Full-flavored with bright acidity that is amplified with air, the wine spends 12 months in new and one-year-old French (95%) and American (5%) oak.

Het is een blend van Tempranillo, Syrah en Cab/Sauvignon waarvan het percentage niet elk jaar hetzelfde is vermoed ik ... op de fles staat er geen vermelding.
Een ronde 'medium plus' volle wijn met een licht bittertje, hij blinkt uit in gemiddeld, niets op aan te merken maar ook geen extra's. 91p
P/Q niet intressant.
