Colourfull cherryred but with some brownish shine on the rim so definately signs of ageing. In the nose still red fruit (raspberry), black fruit, the typical spices and herbs, but also som earthy tones like humus, forest soil. Also tertiary tones of animal aromas, stable, ...
A supple start with black fruits but goes fast to the other flavours. Lots of accidity which makes it a refreshing wine with a good length. Well balanced wine, maybe on its way back so I recommend to drink this vintage fast. Will buy again.

Ik heb de (éénmalige) fles gekocht in een E. Leclerq in Frankrijk.
