Pinot Gris 2012, Vendage à la main
Rich gold yellow colour, nice sweet and strong aromas. In the nose ripe yellow fruit, melon, dry abricots, peach, tropical fruit and honey. On the palette on the sweet side through just enough acidity to be not overwhelmingly sweet. Good concentration and medium length. Stood up well with chicken asian wok with baked rice, salad, mushrooms, egg and onions. Good P/Q ratio.

Wellicht een copy-paste van je TN op CT?
Vind ik wel een goed idee eigenlijk- hierbij een oproep aan andere cellartrackers (zo zijn er hier toch een aantal) om dit ook te doen, geen probleem ook dat het in t Engels is geschreven.

Correctie: niet van CT, maar van vivino.com.
Daar heb ik een account op, op CT (nog) niet.
Aangezien vivino voor een breed publiek is, doe ik de posts meestal in't engels vandaar dat de tekst in 't engels staat...
