Chardonnay Quintaine 2010, Viré-Clessé
Gerijpt in betonnen cuves Een specialleke... Rijp exotisch fruit in de neus, ook wat oxidatieve & minerale toetsen. Beetje zoete aanzet, hoog in zuren maar geen leuke afdronk (beetje overheersende wrange bitter toetsen) "If it's red, French, costs too much, and tastes like the water that's left in the vase after the flowers have died and rotted, it's probably Burgundy." -Jay McInerney, "Bacchus & Me" => To be clear, just like the quote :-) |
